Labor Day Schedule

We are open all morning for classes as usual on Labor Day until 1:00.

10:00 AM Beginner
10:30 AM Intermediate
11:15 AM Meditation
12:00 Core Workout

All other classes will be canceled for Labor Day. Have a safe and happy holiday!

Interesting video clip

I found this clip on YouTube. It's a Japanese news clip about Acroyoga in New York City. If you watch carefully you can see Clayton and Jordan in the background, because we just happened to be taking the class that they were filming last time we visited New York.
